Who we are

Beyond ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why, and how to reach us about your data.

Database owner and controller: Beyond, owned by Ben Azulai, Rishon LeZion, Israel. To reach us about anything related to your data: beyondaicompany@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the details you choose to provide: full name, phone number, and a short description of your business. Providing this information is voluntary and not a legal requirement — but without it, we can't get back to you. Along with your inquiry, we also record the page you contacted us from, the site that referred you (its address only) and any campaign tags on the link you followed, so we know which channel brought the inquiry. In addition, when you submit the form your IP address is processed temporarily only, to prevent abuse (rate limiting), and is not stored.

How we use it

We use this information solely to contact you following your inquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Storage

Your information is stored with our hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel and Supabase), under standard access controls and protections.

We retain your information for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, and delete it afterward. You may request to review, correct, or delete your information at any time, using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only essential cookies — for the admin session — and localStorage to remember your accessibility preferences. There are currently no advertising trackers on the site.

We may in the future integrate measurement and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to improve our service and marketing. Should we do so, this policy will apply to them as well and will be updated accordingly.

Transfers abroad

Some of our hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel and Supabase) may process or store information on servers located outside Israel, as part of the service they provide us. We work with providers committed to standard data-protection practices.

Security

We take reasonable security measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect the information we hold against unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. That said, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible breach.

Registration & law

Our database is used solely to respond to inquiries, does not include information of special sensitivity, and contains information on a small number of people. Accordingly, under the Protection of Privacy Law following Amendment 13, it is not subject to a database registration requirement, nor is a privacy protection officer required. If the nature of the database changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

This policy is governed by Israeli law only. This site is intended for an audience in Israel and does not target residents of the European Union or other countries.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review the information held about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority.
